HOW TO USE
Suggested use: We suggest to start with 2 capsules once or twice a day and increase the dosage gradually if needed or as otherwise directed by a health-care practitioner. We recommend not to exceed the suggested maximum of 4 capsules twice a day. Make sure to stay hydrated and drink plenty of water throughout the day while taking herbal supplements.
