The plant-based Iron + Vitamin C Capsules contain certified ingredients such as curry leaf, acerola, camu camu, amla and lemon extract as well as citrus bioflavonoids. With valuable natural vitamin C to stimulate the energy metabolism and strengthen the body’s defences as well as iron to stimulate blood formation. The iron from the curry leaf extract is naturally plant-bound and particularly well tolerated. The combination with vitamin C from the camu camu plant, amla, lemon extract, acerola and citrus bioflaconoids enables it to be absorbed particularly well by the body.

HOW TO USE
For women of childbearing age and women who are breastfeeding, the recommended intake is 1 capsule per day. For pregnant women, the recommendation is 2 capsules per day. The recommended intake should not be exceeded.
Take 1-2 capsule(s) daily 30 minutes before a meal with plenty of water. Sufficient for 90 applications. Food supplements are not a substitute for a balanced and varied diet and a healthy lifestyle. Store in a cool, dry place, out of the reach of small children.
