Health claims:

Zinc contributes, among other things, to normal fertility and reproduction, vitamin B6contributes, among other things, to the regulation of hormone activity, folic acid contributes to normal maternal tissue growth during pregnancy. Supplemental intake of folic acid increases folate levels in pregnant women. A low folate level in pregnant women is a risk factor for the development of neural tube defects in the growing foetus (the positive effect is achieved with a supplementary intake of 400 μg folic acid daily for a period of at least one month before and up to three months after conception). Iron contributes, among other things, to a normal formation of red blood cells and haemoglobin, vitamin B2 contributes, among other things, to a normal function of the nervous system and helps to protect the cells against oxidative stress, vitamin B12 contributes, among other things, to a normal function of the immune system as well as to a normal mental function.
