Most cacao powder on the market is alkalised or has gone through an additional processes to alter the pH levels of the cacao and make the taste more ‘neutral’. In addition, the beans are usually roasted to very high temperatures. In doing so however, the product is more processed.

HOW TO USE

Enjoy hot or iced. For 1 cup just add 2 teaspoons to warm milk of choice and stir until dissolved. You can use a blender or latte maker for a frothier experience.

It can also be added to smoothies, oatmeal, or used as a functional alternative to basic cacao in your favourite recipes.

The 360 mg of mushrooms per cup is the perfect dosage for a gentle introduction to functional mushrooms. You can then have build up to multiple cups per day as desired.We recommend starting with one cup a day. The dose of mushrooms in each serving has been specifically designed for one cup, but can be increased to multiple cups per day. Listen to your body and adjust as needed.
