HOW TO USE
Use in the morning on an empty stomach and in the evening after brushing. Place a dab of toothpaste on the silicone tip and clean your tongue using circular movements.
Scrape gently with the steel tip forward. Repeat 3 to 4 times.
Clean your tongue scraper after each use with clean water and change your silicone tip every 2/3 months. To effectively clean your steel tongue scraper, simply rinse it with lukewarm water after each use to remove remaining bacteria and debris. If necessary, add a small amount of mild soap and gently scrub all surfaces. Rinse.
