1. Dry Brush for Exfoliation: Before entering the bathtub or shower, brush your dry skin with short, smooth circular motions. The pressure should be firm, but not painful. Always brush toward your heart to stimulate circulation and your lymphatic system, focusing on areas where you have cellulite, fat and water retention. It’s normal for your skin to appear pink after you use the brush. We do not recommend using the dry brush on your face or on any irritated areas, including varicose veins.

2. After a shower, apply the Skinny Body Oil (100 ml) on the areas prone to fat and cellulite, in a firm and circular motion with your hands, like a massage, so that the oil completely penetrates your skin. Do not rinse.

3. Use the Salts Selection Exfoliant (250 g) 3 times a week, alternating with dry exfoliation. The ingredients help cleanse skin and reduce inflammation, in addition to toning the tissue, fighting problems associated with poor circulation. Apply to moist skin so the salt dissolves and the oils penetrate your skin. Do it with firm circular movements, applying more pressure in the areas prone to fat and cellulite. Rise away the product.
